With all the rapid changes going on in healthcare today, it’s become more common for healthcare systems and hospitals to hire executives on an interim or temporary basis until a permanent replacement can be found. This is true for high-level marketing executives as well. In some cases, serving as an interim Chief Marketing Officer or Vice President of Marketing can be a natural evolution as part of an existing consulting project.
